The urea solution production plant is askid mounted equipment integrating urea solution production and injection.Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) converter using urea solution as reducing agent. Reduce nitrogen oxide emissions to meet IMO Tier lll nitrogen oxide emission standards. Skid mode with compact structure, easy installation and stable performance. Greatly reduce the use-cost of urea solution and improvethe quality of urea solution.
There are two types of CCS in ContiOcean:Dual Alkali Based and Organic Amine Based.
Advantages of Dual Alkali Based CCS: Lowconversion volume and cost; Mature Scrubber retrofit experience; Up to 70% decarbonization can be achieved; NaOH Looping can reduce operating costs;User-friendly; Environment friendly.

There are two types of N2 Generator: Membrane Nitrogen Generator and PSA Nitrogen Generator.
Key features of Membrane Nitrogen Generator:
The membrane selected can provide maximumefficiency to satisfy customer's requirements;
Automatic on/off system with tank pressureinterlock;
Optimal control system in connection withthe flow rate and the purity of the nitrogen maximizes the life span of the membrane cartridges;
Maintenance free as no moving parts during nitrogen producing process.
Key features of PSA Nitrogen Generator:
Economical- The unique filling andcompacting method of the CMS enables a larger compaction intensity and a higher adsorption efficiency. Lowest cost of unit nitrogen generation.
Convenient Usage- Automatically record and continuously monitor the nitrogen preparation progress. Fully automatic and unmanned during operation.
High Reliability- Valves selected canoperate up to one million times to ensure a higher reliability for thecustomers.
ContiOcean Nitrogen System also provide Double Air Compressors, Full Redundant Filter & Dryer Systems and Automatic andIntegrated System. The performance covers 50Nm3/h~ 4500Nm3/h. ContiOcean NitrogenSystem has been recognized by MSC, UML, German Tanker, EPS, Pioneer, Seacon andmany other well-known shipowners at home and abroad in the past two years.
